Tiscali - Webspace Terms and Conditions

Terms and conditions for Tiscali webspace

You cannot put anything on your webspace which is defamatory or offensive. If you do, it will be removed. Tiscali reserves the right to remove any material from the service at their sole discretion, without prior notice, and without explanation.

You may use up to a maximum of 50mb of space. If you exceed this you will be asked to remove excess files.

Tiscali accepts no responsibility for loss of data. You will be responsible for retaining copies of your own data

You must include an index file in your space such as index.htm or index.html. If your space does not include an index file, or you do not use it within a three month period, we may deactivate your account and remove any files.

You can only run CGIs provided by Tiscali

We may remove any website you have created using the Internet Access Service if a) you have not updated your website within the previous three months, or b) you have not accessed your Tiscali email for more than six months

Tiscali will require sites which we consider to show excessive use to be modified or they will be bandwidth limited or suspended. Click here for full explanation of how bandwidth limitation works.
